2. Service contracts and duration

Contracts are automatically renewed each period for an additional 12-month term unless canceled in accordance with these terms.

– Cancellation policy: To cancel your service for the next contract period, you must provide written notice at least 2 months before the start of the next contract period. If notice is not received within this period, your contract will be automatically renewed for another 12 months.

3. No cooling off period for domain names

Due to the nature of domain names being customized products specific to the customer’s request, there is no cooling off period for domain name registrations. Once a domain name has been registered, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Please ensure that the domain name you choose is correct before finalizing your purchase.

4. Pricing and payments

– All prices are listed on our website and may vary depending on the services selected. Prices are subject to change, but you will be notified in advance of any price adjustments before renewal.
– Payment for services is due at the time of order or renewal. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all charges related to your services.

5. Automatic renewal

Unless you provide notice of cancellation, your service contract will automatically renew at the end of the current 12-month period. You will be charged the applicable fees for the renewal. Renewal rates may vary from the original price and will be communicated to you prior to renewal.

6. Domain name registration

Domain name registrations are subject to availability and the rules set forth by the respective domain registries. We do not guarantee that the domain you request will be available. Once registered, domain names are non-transferable and non-refundable, except in cases where transfer or refund is mandated by the registry.

 7. Web hosting services

Our hosting services provide reliable and secure access to your website. However, we cannot guarantee that our hosting services will be uninterrupted or error-free. In the event of technical issues, we will strive to resolve them as quickly as possible.

You are responsible for maintaining the content of your website, including ensuring that it does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

8. Web design services

Our web design services are customizable based on your requirements. Once the design is approved by you, any additional changes or redesign requests may incur additional fees.

9. Termination of services

DOD Domains reserves the right to terminate services at any time for violation of these terms, including but not limited to the following reasons:

– Non-payment of fees
– Engaging in illegal activities through our services
– Violation of intellectual property rights or content policies

In the event of termination, no refunds will be issued for the remaining contract period.

10. Limitation of liability

We will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question for the current contract period.

11. Third-party services and links

Our website may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party providers. You are encouraged to review the terms and policies of any third-party websites before engaging with them.

12. Amendments to terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you and posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes have been made will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
